Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TeaLeaf Essence services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Subscription Service

TeaLeaf Essence offers a monthly tea subscription service delivered throughout the Philippines. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Pricing and Payment

Subscription prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed automatically each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver throughout the Philippines via our shipping partners. Delivery times vary by location:

Shipping is included in your subscription price. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or courier issues.

Product Quality

We carefully source and curate all teas in our subscription boxes. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

TeaLeaf Essence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
