At TeaLeaf Essence, we stand behind the quality of our organic tea subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with your first box, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- First-time subscription box within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped in your box
- Non-delivery of your subscription box within promised timeframe
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription boxes after the first box (unless damaged/defective)
- Teas that have been consumed or opened (unless quality issues)
- Special promotional items or limited edition boxes
- Subscription fees for months already shipped and delivered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact our customer service team at refunds@tealeafessence.ph
- Include your order number and reason for the refund request
- Provide photos if the issue involves damaged or incorrect products
- Allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your request
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for credit cards
- Digital payment refunds: 1-3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can:
- Request a refund for the unwanted item
- Place a new order for your preferred product
- Update your tea preferences for future subscription boxes
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming box.
